”Students for Ron Paul” to Rally at MSU Monday
Student supporters rally behind Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul
EAST LANSING, Mich.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Michigan State University (MSU) chapter of “Students for Ron Paul” will be rallying Monday afternoon in support of Republican presidential candidate and 10-term Texas Congressman Ron Paul.
The rally, to take place outside the Student Bookstore at 421 E. Grand River between 2:30 and 4:00pm, is lead by Adam Enfroy, the Michigan state “Students for Ron Paul” chair and MSU student.
“Throughout Michigan and nationwide, Congressman Paul enjoys tremendous support from college students,” said Paul Michigan state coordinator, Leslie Roszman. “The youth of America are invested in a candidate who will let them opt out of Social Security, firmly oppose conscription, bring their military friends back from danger overseas, and promote economic policies that will enable them to land good-paying jobs after graduation.”
The previous Michigan “Students for Ron Paul” rally at the University of Michigan drew over 2,000 people to the Diag in early October.
“Students for Ron Paul” has chapters at 16 schools statewide.
The Michigan presidential primary election will take place on Tuesday, January 15.
